The Problem

Neurodiverse young adults are too often designed out of housing, employment, and community systems built for someone else's pace.

Our Approach

Structured housing, AI-supported daily coaching, and a physical campus — one connected ecosystem, not three disconnected programs.

Housing · Live Today

A place to live that's built around how you function, not against it.

Expansive Living Collective is structured, affordable housing where neurodiverse young adults live independently — with support woven into daily life instead of added on top of it. As the model proves out, ELC is scaling from a single pilot residence to a dedicated apartment community — independent one-bedroom homes with on-site life-skills programming built directly into the property. Ground-floor space is being renovated for case management, a small teaching kitchen, and group programming, and a nearby supportive-residence property is being prepared for on-site staff support.

Expansive Campus isn't residential — it's the life-building infrastructure that makes independence real: a commons, vocational and entrepreneurship studios, a maker space, a teaching kitchen, wellness space, and trails, designed to feel like a small college campus, not a service center. Residents live at the Collective and come here to work, learn, and connect.

Lyn is a Kansas City-based entrepreneur, community architect, and creative strategist. Her work spans AI strategy, workforce transformation, spatial technology, and real estate investing — including her role as Senior Enterprise Architect for AI Strategy and Workforce Transformation at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Expansive Life Foundation is where that background meets a personal commitment to dignity-centered design for neurodiverse young adults.
